Returns & Refunds
We hope you like the pieces bought from us. However, if you wish to make a return, you can do so within 15 days of delivery. You'll receive a store credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please note that as per our company policy, we don't offer bank refunds on pieces sold.

How do I care for my Jewelry?
Store each piece separately in airtight bags or original packaging to prevent tarnishing.
Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with liquids.
How can I track my order?
If you have an account with us, you can log in to see yourorders.
Go to "My Orders" and you can check where your order is right now. We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships so you can watch its journey to you.
If you don’t have an account with us, you can make one using the email you ordered with, and you'll see your order right away in "My Orders". We send tracking numbers automatically once we pack your order.
After the delivery driver picks up your package and scans it, you can track it. This usually takes a few hours, and if we packed it on the weekend, tracking will start updating on the next business day.

Can I cancel or update my order?
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at support.dhrut@piederums.com and we will do our best to support you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
